🔍 Step 0: Check you meet the MOQ

Before diving in, find out if we can customize the packaging format you're after.

If yes, you’re good to go. Let’s get started! 

📐 Step 1: Submit your Specifications

To receive an accurate quote, you'll need to provide a few key details:

• Packaging dimensions (length × width × depth)
• Quantity you want to order
• Print details (number of colours, any special finishes or embellishments)
• Number of sides to be printed
• Shipping destination (country, city)

Don’t worry, we will guide you through this.

 

💸 Step 2: Approve your Quote & pay Deposit

Once we’ve received your specs, we’ll send you a tailored quote.

• You can revise it as needed
• Once approved, we’ll send your invoice
• A deposit payment secures your order and kicks off the design process

🎨 Step 3: Design your Custom Branded Packaging

After your deposit is received, we will provide you with everything you need to design your packaging:

• A template for your packaging type (often called a dieline)
• Clear artwork instructions
• A library of approved graphic elements (some of which are essential, others optional)
• Optional on-pack messaging
• Guidance to ensure any environmental claims meet anti-greenwashing standards

✅ Step 4: Artwork Proofing

Once your final artwork is submitted:

• We’ll conduct a technical and visual check
• You’ll receive a production proof for final approval

 

📦 Step 5: Sampling (optional)

Want to see a real-life sample before bulk production? We can produce a pre-production sample, however, there is an additional cost for this and it will add time to the process

 

🏭 Step 6: Production & Delivery

• We produce some awesome packaging for you that reflects your brand as well as its values!
• We ship it to you or it can be provided FOB in Asia if you would prefer to arrange your own freight.
• We can also warehouse your packaging in Asia if that’s where it needs to be for your suppliers to draw down on. More info on our ‘Direct-to-Manufacturer’ model here.
