1. As a new customer, you will receive an email from us with the subject 'Welcome to B2B ordering with Better Packaging Co.' (Please check your junk and Other inboxes). Click on the 'Go to account' button in the email.

2. Enter your account email and click on 'Continue' button.
3. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email address. Please check your inbox or junk mail.
4. Copy the 6-digit code and paste to the login page.
5. After logging in to your account, go to the upper right corner and click your initials (top right) and then Profile to set your shipping and billing address/es.
6. On your account page, you can update your billing or shipping address by clicking the edit icon. If all the information is correct, please click on the 'Go to store' button in the upper right corner.
7. Upon entering the main website, click on 'Shop All' in the menu bar to begin purchasing.
8. To add items to your cart, select the quantity and then click on the 'Add to cart' button.
9. Once you have added the product, a pop-up cart will appear. From there, you can either edit your cart or proceed to checkout by clicking on the 'Checkout' button.
10. When you reach the checkout page, the shipping and billing addresses are pre-filled according to the information in your profile. You can then select your preferred payment option and click on the 'Submit Order' button to complete the order.
Note: If you need to change your shipping or billing addresses, you will need to do so before checking out in your account page (Step 6).
If you need to add multiple addresses to your company account, please reach out to our team and we'll add them for you.
